Hangover Hat Shipping policy

Orders received after 2 pm EST will begin processing the next business day. Saturday and Sunday orders will begin processing on the following Monday, excluding federal holidays.

Orders including only pre-made hats will ship within 7 days of order placement, and customers should expect to receive their order within 7 days + shipping time for their selected shipping method.

Orders including custom or screen-printed hats will ship within 10 days of order placement, and customers should expect to receive their order within 10 days + shipping time for their selected shipping method.

Customers will receive a notification confirming the order and another when the order has shipped with a tracking number.

International Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, the Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, and Singapore

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Hangover Hat is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Returns

We do not offer returns under any circumstances. However, we do offer refunds. Read below for our refund policy.

Damage / Issues

Make sure to check out your order upon reception and hit us up immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item! We’ll check out the issue and make it right.

Refunds

To request a refund, please email contact@wearehuggs.com within 15 days of your order. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
